   Acting as construction manager, DeWindt oversaw the construction of offices, conference rooms and support areas for this global advertising agency. Interior space, intended to facilitate work tasks while emphasizing visual appeal, features an impressive lobby and multi-media conference areas enhanced with subtle lighting, premium woodwork and intricate details.

"I truly love this space. At the outset, however, I had many concerns about the construction project. As a major advertising agency, we need offices which look distinctive and creative, but which also reflect the fact that we are hardworking and disciplined. I was very concerned that the level of construction craftsmanship match the level of professionalism to which we, as an agency, aspire. DeWindt listened very carefully to our concerns, and made sure we got what we wanted while keeping us within budget.
